Project Manager - Tech Stack Integration
Like previously mentioned, although I wore a lot of hats during this launch and I had full visibility into the model my main responsibility was creating, executing, integrating and managing a full size tech stack for this start-up. This included the eComm platform itself and all of the third party platforms and apps needed to run an ecomm store. We used Shopify Plus, Shopify's enterprise level plan. Other pieces to the stack included: eMail & SMS Marketing, Subscription Platform, Loyalty Program, Post-Purchase Upsell Platform, CRM, CS Outsource, 3PL, Reviews Platform and more.
Lots of spreadsheets, emails, Zoom meetings, long hours going into each app tweaking settings and options making sure everything is integrated, along with dedication are what made up most of my workload. Corresponding and working with partners, Customer Success Managers and Launch Engineers to ensure all of our apps were being integrated on the proper timelines and with best practices for our brand to be ready to have a great launch.
